CNFER Annual Yard Sale

An on-campus yard sale will be happening on September 11 in front of the Centre for Northern Forest Ecosystem Research (CNFER). All proceeds go to the United Way. Rain date set for September 12. For more information contact Lilli Bird at 807-343-4024.

 

CERAH Student Poster Contest

Calling all artists! Lakehead’s Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) is looking for artwork to feature on posters promoting its Northwestern Ontario Palliative Care 2013 Conference. The winning submission receives a $100 prize. Submission deadline is September 16. More information and contest details can be found on the CERAH website at cerah.lakeheadu.ca

 

LUSU Campus Market returns

The LUSU Sustainability Initiative will once again be hosting a weekly Campus Market, running Wednesdays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the Chancellor Paterson library. The Market offers fresh, locally grown produce and hand-made crafts which supports local economies. For more information, contact sustainability@lusu.ca.
