On Monday, March 17th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, the It Starts information table will be open to promote forthcoming events that will take place throughout the week. You can find the table at the Orsi Family Learning Commons.

Newcomer Experience Panel: Monday, March 17th

There will be a virtual meeting on Monday, March 17th, from 12 pm to 1 pm, where newcomers to Canada can discuss their experiences with moving, followed by a Q&A session. Welcome to the World Fair: Tuesday, March 18th

The Welcome to the World fair will be held in the Orsi Family Learning Commons on Tuesday, March 18th, from 12 pm to 3 pm. This fair is designed to encourage students to consider and discuss diversity.

Global ME Info Table: Tuesday, March 18th

The Global ME Info table can be found in the Orsi Family Learning Commons on Tuesday, March 18th, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. All Lakehead students are eligible to learn about an international mobility experience!

Songs that Take Us Home: Wednesday, March 19th

In the Alumni Commons on Wednesday, March 19th, from 1 pm to 2 pm, students will have the opportunity to join and play in a song circle using a device or an instrument. 

The Professional Panel: Thursday, March 20th

Beyond the Words: Friday, March 21st 

The assistant professor of interdisciplinary studies, Dr. Davut Akca, will organize a Zoom meeting for students on Friday, March 21st, from 12 pm to 1 pm. Both campuses are welcome, but registration is required for the Zoom’s details.
