  • Meditation Sessions

Take a moment to relax and clear your mind with these guided meditation sessions.
Every Wednesday and Thursday from 11:15 to 11:45 AM in the Student Health and Wellness Activity Room.

One-Time Events

  • "Divided by Borders, Bound by Struggles: The Journey of International Students in Canada"
    This thought-provoking theatre play, presented by students from the Master of Education program, explores the challenges faced by international students in Canada. It’s part of their course on Activism in Education.
    Date & Time: November 21 at 10:00 AM
    Location: Auditorium, Bora Laskin Building, Faculty of Education.
